Pointing your domain to AWEBSOFT nameservers

How DNS delegation works and what to change at your domain registrar.

How it works

Your domain registrar holds the delegation for your domain. To host with us, the domain must point to the nameservers we provide for your account.

Steps

1. Ask us for the current nameserver pair for your account.

2. Log in to your registrar and replace the existing nameservers with that pair.

3. Wait for DNS propagation — this usually takes a few hours and can take up to 48 hours.

4. Once propagated, your domain resolves to our hosting.

DNS records you may still need

If you use external services (for example a marketing platform or a third-party mail filter), those records — MX, TXT, CNAME — are created in the DNS zone of your hosting control panel.

Before you change anything

Changing nameservers moves both the website and the email for that domain. If your email is provided elsewhere, confirm the mail records first, or ask us to review the plan before you switch.
