1. About this document

These terms describe the basis on which AWEBSOFT Indonesia ("we", "us") provides hosting, software and advisory services to a customer ("you"). It is the general framework; a specific engagement or order may add written terms.

  • Customer Content: files, databases, email and other material you place on the service.
  • Acceptable Use Policy: the separate policy describing prohibited uses.

3. Ordering and acceptance

Service orders are accepted only when confirmed by us in writing (email or a signed quotation). A submitted order form is a request, not a concluded contract, until confirmed.

1. Provide accurate contact and billing information and keep it current.

2. Keep all credentials confidential and notify us of suspected compromise.

3. Use the service in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable Indonesian law.

4. Hold your own backup copies of Customer Content as described in the Backup policy in your plan.

5. Service levels

Uptime and support-response commitments, if any, are stated in the Service Level Agreement that applies to your plan. [SLA TARGETS REQUIRING CONFIRMATION] do not publish service-level figures until they are confirmed in writing.

6. Fees and payment

Fees, currency, billing period and payment terms are those confirmed for your order. [PAYMENT TERMS, LATE-PAYMENT AND SUSPENSION RULES REQUIRING CONFIRMATION]

8. Limitation of liability

[LIABILITY CAP AND EXCLUSIONS REQUIRING LEGAL CONFIRMATION] No liability position is published until approved.

9. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of Customer Content. We retain ownership of our platform, software, documentation and trademarks. Licence terms for custom software are agreed per engagement.
